- Macros and title blocks
- 3D panel layout in Pro Panel
We draw your installation in EPLAN, build the panels, commission them and keep them running reliably for years — including cleaning and maintenance under voltage, without stopping production.
Hoskens is a specialist E&I engineering firm for industry. We combine engineering, panel building and maintenance under one roof — so you no longer coordinate three parties, and nobody can point fingers when something goes wrong.
From the first single-line diagram to the as-built documentation after handover, every project is followed up by the same people. You notice it in the lead time, in the quality of the documentation and in how quickly a fault gets solved.
You pick what you need — a schematic package, a panel build, a maintenance contract or the complete project.
Electrical schematics in EPLAN Electric P8 and Pro Panel — structured, standardised and reusable.
Distribution, control and power panels, built to EN 61439 and tested before they leave our workshop.
Preventive maintenance and professional cleaning of electrical installations — including live working.
The complete track: study, engineering, build, installation, commissioning and handover.
A schematic is not a formality for the file — it is the document a wireman builds from and a technician uses to trace a fault at night. That is why we draw consistently to a fixed project structure, with correct cross-references, coherent terminal plans and part data that matches what is actually installed.
We work to your standards, or we set them up together with you. Existing documentation is taken over, digitised, or brought back in line with the installation as it stands today.
We build panels the way we would want to find them during a breakdown: neatly wired, correctly labelled, with enough spare space and with the documentation inside the cabinet. From a compact control box to a full MCC line-up.
Every panel is electrically tested and visually inspected before delivery. You receive a test report, a material file and the matching schematics — and, if you wish, a FAT in our workshop or over video.
With every panel we build and every maintenance contract, we supply temperature, humidity and smoke sensors free of charge. We monitor your installation around the clock and alert you the moment something goes wrong — long before it turns into a breakdown. You can follow the readings yourself, but you don't have to keep an eye on them: that's our job.

Dust, fibres and moisture inside a distribution board are not a cosmetic problem: they cause tracking currents, overheating and eventually failure. We clean electrical installations professionally, using non-conductive, residue-free products and specialised equipment — wherever it is safe and justifiable to do so without shutting the installation down.
Live working is carried out exclusively by trained and appointed personnel (BA4/BA5), on the basis of a risk assessment per work location, with the correct PPE, screening and work permit. Where de-energised work is safer or simpler, we plan our work into your maintenance shutdown.

We take on the complete electrical and instrumentation scope of your project. It starts with a study and a realistic estimate, and only ends when the line runs, the documentation is correct and your people understand how everything fits together.
We work both as the party responsible for the E&I package and as a subcontractor to machine builders and installers — with a single point of contact throughout the project.

A machine stops at night, the experienced technician cannot be reached and the right drawing is somewhere in a cabinet. With Storingsdienst, all documentation per department and per machine is in one place: notes from your technicians, manufacturer manuals and electrical schematics with version control, so the latest revision always applies.
When a fault occurs, your technician describes the problem in plain language. The AI fault assistant searches your own documentation and answers step by step, referring to the right schematic sheet. When the fault is closed, the solution is saved, so the system learns from every intervention.

No surprises halfway. You know up front what happens, when, and who does it.
We look at the installation, listen to what needs doing and map out the existing situation.
You get a worked-out proposal with scope, material selection, planning and a transparent price.
Schematics, terminal plans and material lists. You approve before a single wire is pulled.
Assembly in our workshop, a full functional test and — if you wish — a FAT with you present.
Placement, wiring, loop testing and start-up together with your technicians and automation engineer.
As-built file, training for your people and a maintenance plan that keeps the installation running.
Every sector has its own standards, risks and habits. We adapt to yours.
Hygienic design, stainless steel execution and work inside tight production windows.
Zoning, ATEX-aware material selection and strict work permits.
Pumping stations, dosing installations and telemetry across scattered locations.
Heavy, dusty environments where cleaning and maintenance make the difference.
Series work, reusable EPLAN macros and export-ready documentation.
Distribution boards, emergency power and energy metering for large sites.
Send us your drawings or ask for a site visit. You will hear back within two working days from someone who will actually follow up the file.
Drawing, building, installing and maintaining. One party responsible, no finger-pointing.
The schematic matches the panel. Always. Even after the third change on site.
Where it is safe, we work live so your line does not have to stop.
BA4/BA5 trained and appointed, with a risk assessment and the right PPE per intervention.
You call the people working on your project, not a call centre.
After handover we stay reachable — with a maintenance contract, or simply when you are stuck.
Fill in the form or call us directly. The more concrete your question, the sharper our answer — drawings, photos or an existing schematic are always welcome by e-mail.
